The Slow Counseling sessions are designed for anyone who wants private guidance with his or her personal journey, on the path towards reducing stress and living a more free life. 

Depending on your needs and goals we will work on living mindfully, growing self love and creating a feeling of inner peace. The sessions are mainly based on conversations, but we will work if needed with meditation techniques, breathing techniques, yoga, sound healing or principles of Ayurveda. This intake session is also good if you don't know yet whether yoga, meditation, sound healing or Ayurveda is perfect for you. Or if you want to enjoy a combination of it all. 

All sessions are highly confidential.

Private sessions can be held in English, Dutch or Frisian.

For who?

The Slow Counseling sessions are perfect:
- when you want more personal guidance with whatever obstacle in your life;
- when you want to slow down, because life is going too fast or is too overwhelming;
- when you want to express yourself about what is going on in your life and how to develop yourself;
- when you experience blockages and want to honestly look at your own part in this;
- when you want to explore the impact of energy, frequencies and/or spiritual ascension in your life.

Visit always a doctor in case of physical or mental illness and pain.

What will be the result?

During the first session we will grab a cup of tea and we will discuss your needs, wishes, expectations and goals. After this, we slowly explore the issues where you want to work on. We will work on these personal goals during the sessions. The result will be dependent on this.  

After 6 or 12 sessions you will at least feel more self love, balance, acceptance and inner peace. With the things you learned, you can go on individually or we can plan more sessions if the need is there.

Where and when do the sessions take place?

The sessions can be all done online, in the comfort of your own home (from everywhere around the world!). Or at this moment you can book a physical session in Niketon, Dhaka.

The sessions are flexible to schedule. Whenever suits you best, according to the availability. The sessions are available until 6 months after purchasing.

How does a Slow Counseling session look like?


A Slow Counseling session is mainly a space for you to ventilate, slow down, take time for yourself to focus on growth and wellness.

We will have a loving and slow dialogue most of the time (where of course is space for every kind of emotion), but Slow Counseling also values the use of techniques that support a slow lifestyle. For example, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga may help you to slow-down your pace and create more balance in your life. Reina especially adds working with energy, frequencies and/or principles of spiritual ascension into the session, if the need is there.

We will be focussing on the present moment; dwelling on past events or worrying and excessively plan for the future may prevent you from functioning optimally in the present. Therefore we focus on slowing down the pace and learn to focus on the present moment. In the present moment insight and clarity can foster growth. 

We will be focussing on the quality of activities and relationships in your life, rather than the quantity. If needed, we may need to evaluate and prioritise how you use your time and learn to take on fewer obligations and responsibilities. We assess and strengthen therefore the ability to manage the demands of living in a fast-paced world. We will focus on slowing down and living mindfully.
